Issa Williams – District Redevelopment Plan

AxisDI was tasked with creating a master plan for the redevelopment of the largest and busiest retail destination in the Lagos Metropolitan area, a dense and severely overcrowded area. Despite the thriving retail and wholesale activity, the area’s physical conditions has reached slum levels, unfit for modern residential life and threatening to the viability of the nearby Financial district.  The plan proposes a mixed-use district with an organized shopping experience, diversified housing options and civic amenities for a the residents.
